Construct 3 has deprecated UWP APPS from the newest build.... it means you cannot create a Windows 10 apps anymore...
BUT!! IT doesn't mean that we don't have other way to convert it!
In this template, i will show you how to create a windows 10 apps for the latest version of construct 3!
